Stockyards Turkey Drive on Nov. 22nd Benefits St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance

The Stockyards Restaurant in partnership with Valley of the Sun United Way, Rock Springs Pies, The Celebrity Theater and the Arizona Centennial Copper Chopper (Copper Chopper) will host the Stockyards Turkey Drive on Tuesday, Nov. 22 benefiting St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance. And we need your help to make a huge difference right here in our community.

For the one in five Arizonans who live in poverty, putting food on the table is often a struggle – even on Thanksgiving Day. Valley of the Sun United Way works to end hunger locally by supporting the local network of food banks to obtain and distribute adequate food to meet demand. Donating to the Stockyards Turkey Drive will give an individual or a family in need something to truly be thankful for this holiday season.

Don’t miss this turkey drive! Members of the public who donate a turkey will be able to purchase discounted Rock Springs Thanksgiving pies. Attendees will enjoy a special appearance by the official mascot of the Arizona Centennial – the Copper Chopper, and enter a drawing to win the historic motorcycle.
