Looking for AZ's oldest businesses

As part of our celebration of Arizona’s centennial, the Star will publish a special section this fall honoring Southern Arizona’s oldest businesses, schools, churches and other institutions.
If your organization will be at least 50 years old by Feb. 14, 2012 – the day Arizona turns 100 – we want to hear from you. Our invitation extends to businesses and institutions in the six Southern Arizona counties of Pima, Cochise, Santa Cruz, Pinal, Graham and Greenlee.
The deadline to submit nominations is May 27. They should be made using our online form at azstarnet.com/az100.
The Star, by the way, is older than Arizona. We’ll be 135 next year.
