Arizona students embraced the Penny Drive project with unbridled enthusiasm!  The dozens of comments and photos we received from teachers have been terrific!  Some of those pictures can be viewed on this web page.  As we look move forward to our 100th Statehood Day, we wish to express our deep appreciation to all the students, teachers and principals, who worked hard to raise pennies to “shine the dome!”

Penny Drive by the numbers:

– 68,976 students

“No matter how big or how small the contribution is, we have learned that as long as we work together, we can make a difference in our world.”  Keiryn, 5th Grader, Lafe Nelson Elementary School, Safford.
